Abstract

The aim of the study was separation of phenotypes of the bronchial asthma (BA) at a stage of sanatorium treatment for development of programs of rehabilitation. Materials and methods: 300 patients with BA who received course of the sanatorium treatment (ST) in the conditions of the Southern coast of the Crimea are inspected. All patient conducted comprehensive examination. Separation of phenotypes was carried out by method of cluster analysis. Results. In case of arrival on ST patients with BA had generally uncontrollable current, moderate severity, signs of the expressed obstruction and inflammatory responses. 7 phenotypes - clusters of asthma were selected. The description was this to the selected phenotypes. The authentic difference between phenotypes on many indices of survey was proved. Conclusion. Considering the revealed features of phenotypes development of programs of rehabilitation for increase in efficiency of ST and achievement of lasting effect of rehabilitation and monitoring of a course of a disease is possible.
