Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop new approaches for using functional capacity in patients with bronchial asthma without significantly stress the cardiovascular and muscular systems. In 78 patients with bronchial asthma to determine the level of latent respiratory failure using the method of the load ventilarii based on stimulation of the minute volume of respiration under conditions of exogenous progressive hypercapnia. The patients feel better after the procedure is satisfactory. Shows the application of this method in patients with bronchial asthma with poor exercise tolerance.
