Экологическая Зависимость Функции Внешнего Дыхания У Больных С Бронхиальной Астмой, Проживающих В Г. Владивостоке

Abstract

Загрязнение окружающей среды, климатические условия часто связывают с распространением и обострением бронхиальной астмы. В настоящем исследовании эта связь оценивается с помощью пороговых значений, полученных с использованием дискриминантного анализа. Обследовано 172 пациента с контролируемой и неконтролируемой бронхиальной астмой. Для диагностики функции внешнего дыхания применяли спирографию с проведением пробы с ингаляционным бронходилататором и бодиплетизмографию. Загрязнение окружающей среды оценивали по уровню «общего загрязнения» среды, показателям объема выброса «газовых компонентов», распределению пылевых взвесей по фракциям, содержанию токсичных металлов в воздухе. Результаты расчетов показали, что критерии воздействия факторов среды на функцию внешнего дыхания отличаются по величине в зависимости от степени контроля над бронхиальной астмой. При неконтролируемой бронхиальной астме патогенное действие внешних факторов возрастает в 2 раза, отмечается повышение метеозависимости, особенно при резком изменении влажности воздуха. Environmental pollution, climatic conditions are often associated with the spread and aggravation of asthma. In the present study, this relationship is estimated using threshold values obtained using discriminant analysis. 172 patients were investigated with controlled and uncontrolled bronchial asthma. For the diagnosis of respiratory function applied spirograph by holding the sample with inhaled bronchodilator and bodyplethysmography. Environmental pollution was assessed according to the level of "total pollution" of the environment indicators emissions "gas components", the distribution of dust suspensions by fractions, the content of toxic metals in the air. The results of the calculations showed that the criteria of the impact of environmental factors on the function of external respiration differ in magnitude, depending on the level of control over bronchial asthma. With uncontrolled bronchial asthma pathogenic influence of external factors is increased by 2 times, increase of meteozavisimosti, especially when a sudden change in humidity.
