Abstract

Aкцијата ReMO (ReMO COST Action) претставува мрежа на засегнати страни од сите нивоа на истражувачката заедница која што го подготви Манифестот за менталното здравје и благосостојбата на истражувачите со цел процена на тоа како може менталното здравје и благосостојбата во рамките на академската заедница најдобро да се унапредат и да се одржат преку реализација на акции и иницијативи на ниво на политики, на институционално ниво, на ниво на заедница и на индивидуално ниво. Овој Манифест ги повикува сите засегнати страни од академската заедница да се вклучат во развивање на политики кои што ги следат, подобруваат и одржуваат благосостојбата и менталното здравје во истражувачката средина, преку дефинирање на сеопфатните мерки на успехот и квалитетот и поддржување на рамнотежата помеѓу работата и животот, инклузивноста и одржливите истражувачки кариери кои го поддржуваат фамилијарниот живот.
