This 12 pg. draft discussion paper was provided to rulebook workshop attendees to provide an overview of the OA Book Usage Data Trust effort, the International Data Spaces framework, and how both can foster trust in multi-party data exchange and potentially lead to higher quality OA book usage data analytics.
This work was made possible through the "OAeBU Data Trust: Advancing to Launch by Developing IDS Governance Building Blocks" project grant funded by The Mellon Foundation.
