Primena novih tehnologija u cilju poboljšanja eksploatacionih svojstava klipova SUS motora od aluminijumskih legura

Abstract

Uvod U ovom radu prezentovana je primena novih tehnologija u cilju poboljšanja eksploatacionih svojstava klipova SUS motora izrađenih od aluminijumskih legura. Savremeni razvoj SUS motora, posebno u slučaju sportskih automobila, nameće potrebu za postizanjem maksimalne snage, što pak ekstremno povećava opterećenje pojedinih delova klipa. Pokazalo se da tvrdoća i otpornost na habanje, inače svojstveni legurama aluminijuma, na ovako visokim temperaturama i ekstremnim eksploatacionim uslovima, nisu zadovoljavajuće. Ideja je da se najopterećeniji delovi klipa zaštite kompozitima sa aluminijumskom matricom, što bi predstavljalo rešenje ovog problema. Cilj ovog rada je da izvrši pregled postignutih rezultata istraživanja u ovoj oblasti.
