Abstract

DeepDDI is a deep learning framework for the prediction of drug-drug and drug-food interactions.We have updated the DeepDDI model using DrugBank database version 5.1.10.The model was saved in the HDF5 format using the Keras library for Python.The DeepDDI source code is available here: https://bitbucket.org/kaistsystemsbiology/deepddiOur study on drug interactions in patients with multiple sclerosis has been published here: https://www.mdpi.com/1999-4923/16/1/3
