A certain amount of research work has been carried out on the study of anthroponyms in linguistics. In these studies, personal names related to the city of Kokandd were considered, and some of them have now acquired toponyms. It is noted that the names of historical figures have been analyzed in the sources, although they are incomplete, and since the linguistic research on their formation has not been fully implemented, it is considered that a deeper scientific approach to it is necessary.
