Translation of the Blue Annals (དེབ་ཐེར་སྔོན་པོ་). This is one of the most celebrated and important Tibetan historical surveys. Noted for its coverage of different sectarian traditions, its focus is the spread of Tibetan Buddhism. The author and translator འགོས་ཀློ་ཙ་བ་གཞོན་ནུ་དཔལ་ (1392-1481) composed the work in a few years, completing it in 1476 at age 84.
