Abstract

Dữ liệu nghiên cứu mở và các nguyên tắc dữ liệu FAIR đã được nhắc tới trong Khuyến nghị Khoa học Mở của UNESCO như là tiêu chuẩn trong quản lý tốt dữ liệu nghiên cứu. Bài viết nêu lên các định nghĩa cơ bản các khái niệm và gợi ý cách hiểu đúng các khái niệm đó và từng bước triển khai chúng vào thực tế cuộc sống.
