Abstract

La Empatía es la percepción que tenemos sobre una persona con relación a lo que piensa, siente o hace considerando las emociones, necesidades y problemas para poder entender que es lo que sucede que origina sus reacciones, lo que piensa y lo que siente. La empatía ayuda a fortalecer vínculos con la familia primordialmente, los amigos y la sociedad en su conjunto. Este estudio nace con la necesidad de comprender a las personas, sus pensamientos y sus acciones poniéndonos “en los zapatos de otros” para entender mejor a los mismos. El objetivo del presente trabajo es demostrar que la Empatía es una habilidad necesaria para entender y crear nuevas relaciones de sincronía con el mundo que nos rodea entendiendo las motivaciones, limitaciones y realidades de las personas. Para la realización de este artículo se revisaron libros y publicaciones sobre empatía y se llegó a la conclusión de que la empatía es necesaria en cualquier ámbito de la vida para entendernos y comunicarnos mejor.
