Abstract

Les défis à relever par la santé publique nécessitent un personnel infirmier doté de compétences techniques mais surtout de soft skills à développer durant la formation initiale. Cependant, au Maroc, la suprématie des compétences techniques reste très remarquable dans cette formation. La présente étude vise à décrire l’enseignement des soft skills au niveau de la filière soins infirmiers de l’Institut Supérieur des Professions Infirmières et Techniques de Santé de Fès (ISPITS) - Maroc. Il s'agit d'une étude descriptive selon une approche quantitative se basant pour la collecte des données sur un questionnaire destiné à l’ensemble des enseignants de la filière Soins Infirmiers (59). Le logiciel SPSS. 25 a été utilisé pour le traitement des réponses. Nos résultats révèlent que pour 97,2% des enseignants, les soft skills doivent être enseignées. Les méthodes pédagogiques actives sont les plus efficaces pour leurs enseignements. Néanmoins, pour 72,2%, l’enseignement des soft skills est spontané et implicite. 86,11% des enseignants n’ont pas bénéficié de formation sur l’enseignement des sot skills. L’étude démontre que l’enseignement des soft skills aux étudiants infirmiers au niveau de l’ISPITS de Fès est non structuré et nécessite leurs intégrations explicites dans le curriculum.
