Проведен анализ лечения пациентов с различными формами дивертикулярной болезни ободочной кишки (ДБОК). Исследованы 302 случая госпитализации больных с острыми воспалительными осложнениями ДБОК, алгоритм обследования, объем консервативной терапии и хирургического лечения. Оценены возможности миниинвазивных методов лечения, таких как чрескожное дренирование абсцессов под УЗ-навигацией, лапароскопический лаваж, лапароскопическая резекция сегмента кишки с формированием анастомоза. The analysis of treatment of patients with different forms of diverticular disease of the colon (DDC) has been carried out. 302 cases of hospitalised patients with acute inflammatory complications of the DDC, the algorithm of examination as well as the amount of conservative therapy and surgery treatment have been researched. Possibilities of minimally invasive methods such as percutaneous drainage of the abscess under ultrasound navigation, laparoscopic lavage, laparoscopic resection of a segment of the colon with anastomosis have been evaluated.
