Changes in the protein levels of Rubisco, Rubisco activase and Phosphoenolpyruvate have been studied using immunoblotting method in different organs of initial seedlings and mature plants of durum (Barakatli- 95,Garagylchyg-2) and bread (Azamatli-95, Giymatli-2/17) wheat genotypes under controlled, drought and salt stress conditions.
