Abstract

Ngày 17/04/2023, chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 13/2023/NĐ-CP[1] về ‘Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân’, có hiệu lực thi hành từ 01/07/2023. Đây là hành lang pháp lý quan trọng nhằm quy định chặt chẽ các nghĩa vụ bảo vệ dữ liệu đối với các hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân trong không gian mạng tại Việt Nam. Vấn đề là triển khai nó như thế nào?
