Abstract

Öz Okul yöneticileri eğitim örgütü içerisinde, okulun amaçlarına ulaşmasında ve aynı zamanda etkili ve verimli bir eğitim öğretim ortamının tesis edilmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadırlar. Türkiye'de yöneticilerinin yetiştirilmesi ile ilgili tezsiz yüksek lisans programları ve hizmet içi eğitim programları gibi uygulamalarla müdürlerin yetiştirilmesi sağlamaktadır. Okul yöneticilerinin mesleki yeterlikleri taşımaları, kişisel ve mesleki anlamda lider özelliklerini taşımaları, günümüzde eğitim yöneticilerinin en çok tartışılan yönlerinden birisi olan liyakati ifade etmektedir. Bu araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin liyakate ve deneyime dayalı atamalarının eğitim ve öğretime etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmış olup, bu bağlamda yapılandırılmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Malatya’da farklı okullarda görev yapmakta olan okul yöneticileri ve çeşitli branşlardaki öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya toplamda 14 kişi dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada katılımcıların branş, öğretim durumları, ünvanları, kıdemleri ve öğretim yapılan kurumlarla ilgili bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda 5 tema belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada liyakat ve deneyimin esas alınması gerektiği, liyakat sağlandığında kurumun diğer öğelerine yansıyacağı, yönetim biçimin önemliolduğu, yöneticiye saygı duyulmasını sağladığı, yöneticilerin kurumda kabul görmesini sağladığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Abstract School administrators play an important role in the achievement of the goals of the school as well as in establishing an effective and efficient education and training environment within the educational organization. master's programs and in-service training for managers on how to ensure the training of principals in Turkey with applications such as training programs. The fact that school administrators carry professional competencies and their personal and professional leadership characteristics expresses merit, which is one of the most discussed aspects of education administrators today. In this study, it is aimed to investigatethe effects of merit and experience appointments of school administrators on education and training. In this research, descriptive research method was used. In addition, qualitativeresearch methods are used in the study and structured interviews are conducted in this context.The study group of the study consists of school administrators and teachers from different branches working in different schools in Malatya. A total of 14 people are included in the study. In this research, the information about the branch, teaching status, titles, seniority and institutions of the participants are given. As a result of the research, 5 themes are determined. In the research, it was found that merit and experience should be taken as a basis, when merit is provided, it will be reflected to the other elements of the institution, management style is important, respect for the manager is respected and managers are accepted in the institution.
