Abstract

Este trabalho tem como proposta abordar a complexidade da práxis docente e seus desdobramentos entre professores de escolas públicas e privadas de ensino fundamental, abordando como prevalência as pressões exercidas sobre o seu fazer docente, sendo em muitos casos determinantes para o desenvolvimento de quadros psicopatológicos de esgotamento, comprometendo o exercício pleno de sua profissão.
