The prosecutor holds the main competence in the organization, management, and control of the activity of the criminal investigation bodies by exercising certain prerogatives, such as: annulling illegal ordinances, amending and completing the unfounded ordinances of the criminal investigation body, pronouncing in the procedural documents whether or not it took place violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms through the lens of jurisprudence.
