Assessment of cardio and central hemodynamics, allows to identify systemic hemodynamic disorders in the mother. A marker of inadequate cardiovascular restructuring in PE is the development of disproportionately high MMLF, with the formation of isolated diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle. As a result of the development of LV diastolic dysfunction, systemic circulatory disorders develop in all organs and tissues. This makes it possible to determine the prognosis of the course of preeclampsia, is a predictor of the development of preeclampsia before its clinical manifestation and, possibly, an indication for a revision of the tactics of pregnancy and childbirth.
