Abstract

我们采用了修正的随机性比(MST),标准化的平均功能和系统发育距离(SES。MPD,SES。MFD)和广义相异性模型(GDM)来研究社区组装的过程。此外,采用随机森林模型、GDM和广义加法模型(GAM)研究了祁连山分类学、功能、系统发育多样性及其β多样性的驱动因素。
