Completely new mechanisms and procedures of holistic management and continuous control were introduced on the basis of the "republic– region–district–mahalla" system, ensuring peace and stability in the country through effective coordination of activities to ensure public security of internal affairs bodies and other state bodies. The participation of subjects in ensuring public safety was also clearly defined, their main tasks and mutual interaction in this regard were fixed. The article highlights the results and prospects of reforms aimed at further improving and increasing the effectiveness of the public safety system.
