Estimulación sensorial y el desarrollo conductual en menores con TEA

Abstract

Este artículo de revisión bibliográfica tiene como objetivo indagar la evolución teórica del trastorno del espectro autista (TEA) en niños escolares y cómo influye la estimulación sensorial y el desarrollo conductual en el entorno familiar, social y educativo. Se utilizó un enfoque de investigación cualitativa por medio de la revisión bibliográfica, empleando un análisis hermenéutico de los constructos en estudio, usando un metaanálisis de 33 artículos científicos del contexto nacional e internacional. Los resultados manifiestan la autentificación de lo cimentado por los autores, al deliberar que el desarrollo conductual en los niños con trastorno del espectro autista se presenta con mayor frecuencia en el ámbito escolar, debido a que se relaciona con los estímulos sensoriales que afectan directamente con la conducta del estudiante. Por otro lado, la mayoría los docentes en las escuela regulares, no están capacitados para recibir y formar estudiantes con discapacidad intelectual o física, requiriendo esta acción de adaptaciones curriculares para mejorar la calidad de la educación de estos niños y niñas. Se puede concluir que los problemas de conductas están asociadas a los estímulos sensoriales y estos ocurren con frecuencia dentro del círculo social del niño con TEA. Desde el ámbito académico, se ve afectada la parte cognitiva, así como la comprensión y las variaciones de las funciones ejecutivas que se relacionan con la aparición de dificultades de comportamiento en TEA.
