Codes from: Mapping information flow between the inferotemporal and prefrontal cortices via neural oscillations during memory retrieval and maintenance

Abstract

These codes were used for analysis in a paper entitled "Mapping information flow between the inferotemporal and prefrontal cortices via neural oscillations during memory retrieval and maintenance." For more details on the experimental and analysis methods, please refer to this manuscript. The codes to generate the main and supplementary figures in the article are as follows: Fig1Pre_GC_calculation.m Fig1_GC_time_course_and_matrix.m FigS1_TblS1_freqband_division Fig2Pre_GC_stat_btw_PCA_PPV.m Fig2_GC_map.m Fig2S2_diff_gc_map.m Fig3S3_corrmat_btw_setAandB.m Fig3S3_TblS3_diff_GC_map_setAB_combined_and_gMI.m Fig4S4_corrmat_btw_directions.m Fig4S4_corrmat_across_freq_bands.m Fig5S5_TblS4_hierarchical_clustering.m Fig6S6_pow_stat_btw_PALc_FIXccue.m Fig7Pre_surrogate_GC_calculation.m Fig7S6_TFR_pow_for_typical_electrodes.m Fig7S6_TFR_GC_btw_typical_electrodes.m TblS2Pre_GC_calculation_sepday.m TblS2_corr_btw_days.m TblS5_Microsaccade_frequency.m The purpose of each program is explained at the beginning of each script. The parameters and dependencies are included in the Dependencies folder. The raw data were obtained by recording signals from a 128-channel ECoG array implanted in the ITC and a 64-channel ECoG array implanted in the PFC of a monkey performing a behavioral task using LabVIEW Real-Time (National Instruments, TX, USA) and converted to preprocessed time-series data using FieldTrip. The datasets are available upon request. Sep 1, 2023 Tao Zhou taozzhou@outlook.com
