Abstract

This is a dynamic, short video highlighting the PRODIGEES research secondment of Dr. Ariel Macaspac Hernandez. Dr. Hernandez seconded to Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The exchange lasted one month, but left Dr. Hernandez with enough time to deeply explore the potential role of digitalization in curbing food waste and loss (FWL) in multiple regions of Brazil.
