Dataset containing electrophysiological and behavioral measurements in the dorsal striatum of mice freely behaving in a 60 cm x 60 cm open field. Optogenetic tagging was performed to identify D1 or D2 MSNs. There are three experimental groups: 1. HL....the healthy group 2. PD....the dopamine lesioned group (unilateral 6OHDA injection in the medial forebrain bundle) 3. CT....the sham lesioned control group Code for analyzing the data is available at: https://github.com/LongYang10/Gait-Analysis-of-Freely-Walking-Mouse
