The convergence of Blockchain technology with fifth-generation (5G) and upcoming sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks has garnered significant attention due to the potential to enhance the security, privacy, and efficiency of various applications. This paper presents a comprehensive abstract of the research exploring the integration of Blockchain and 5G/6G networks, highlighting the opportunities and challenges associated with this integration. This paper synthesizes and analyzes the existing literature on Blockchain and 5G/6G integration, providing insights into the technical and practical aspects of the symbiotic relationship between these technologies. By examining use cases, architectural frameworks, and experimental implementations, this work sheds light on the diverse ways in which blockchain can enhance the capabilities of 5G/6G networks and vice versa.
