These documents are materials for the back-translation from Japanese to English created during the process of developing a Japanese translation of the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R), an assessment scale for disorders of consciousness. We received two rounds of revision instructions from Professor Joseph T. Giacino, the original author of CRS-R, and the final version was officially approved as the authorized Japanese translation.
