Abstract

Ushbu maqola mualliflik huquqi, savdo belgilari va patentlarga e’tibor qaratib, sun’iy intellektning (AI) intellektual mulk (IP) huquqlari sohasiga chuqur ta’sirini o`rganadi. AI texnologiyalari ijodiy asarlar yaratish, savdo belgilarini tahlil qilish va yangi konsepsiyalarni ixtiro qilishda tobora ko`proq malakaga ega bo`lib borar ekan, ular mualliflik, mulkchilik va innovatsiya haqidagi an’anaviy tushunchalarga qarshi chiqadi. Huquqiy, axloqiy va amaliy ta’sirlarni har tomonlama tahlil qilish orqali ushbu maqola AI davridagi IP qonunchiligining rivojlanayotgan o`ziga xos “manzara”sini o`rganadi. Maqolada sunʼiy intellekt tomonidan yaratilgan kontent va innovatsiyalarning nozik tomonlarini o`rganilib, mavjud qonunchilik bazasining muvofiqligini baholaydi va kelajakda o`zgarishlarga moslashish uchun potentsial yo`llarni ko`zda tutadi.
