Currently, the problem of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cervical diseases, as well as the impact of this pathology on the course and outcome of pregnancy remains extremely important. This is due to an increase in the incidence of cervical cancer in women of reproductive age. The combination of pregnancy and cervical cancer is the most frequent of all malignant tumors and is observed in almost 45% of patients, while the combination of pregnancy and thyroid cancer — in 7.8% of women, pregnancy and breast cancer — in 18.9%, pregnancy and ovarian cancer — in 1.4%. We examined 40 pregnant, primiparous women of the Samarkand region at the gestation period of 36-40 weeks. At the age of 18 to 35 years using the most informative methods of bacterioscopic, bacteriological, cytological, polymerase chain reaction method, endoscopic – colposcopy, determination of vaginal biocenosis.
