Abstract Purpose - The issue of business continuity audit opinion in Indonesia occurred from 1995 until now. A going concern audit opinion is issued when the auditor has doubts about the financial condition of a company that could indicate bankruptcy. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the going-concern auditor's opinion. Design / methodology / approach - This study uses secondary data obtained from annual reports and independent audit reports issued by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The sample after applying the purposive sampling technique consisted of 33 companies. SEM analysis was used in this study with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. Results-Audit lag and opinion shopping have an influence on receiving going-concern audit opinions. In addition, political connections and liquidity can influence the acceptance of non-going concern audit opinions Orginality/Value- This study uses political connections and liquidity as moderating and mediating variables. The use of these variables is based on political issues in Indonesia and the goals achieved by the company, so that it becomes of particular interest in this study.
