Abstract

Mazkur maqolada muallif tomonidan ommaviy-huquqiy nizolarni hal etishning qonunchilikda belgilangan usuli sanalga ma’muriy yustitsiya hamda uning O‘zbekistonda amalda bo‘lgan sud tartibi tahlil qilinadi. Tahlil davomida ma’muriy yustitsiyaning dastavval nazariy-huquqiy jihatlari va qonuniy meyorlari tahlil ostiga olinadi. Shuningdek, qonun hujjatlari yordamida va sud statistik ma’lumotlari asosida mavzuning dolzarbligi ochib beriladi. Maqolada muallifning shaxsiy fikrlari va xulosalar o‘rin olgan.
