PANKREATIK KISTALARNI JARROHLIK DAVOLASHDA MINIMAL INVAZIV TEXNOLOGIYALARNING SAMARADORLIGI

Abstract

Oshqozon osti bezi kistalarini (PJ) davolashning dolzarbligi pankreatitning ko'payishi, ko'plab asoratlar va o'limning yuqoriligi bilan belgilanadi. So'nggi o'n yilliklarda pankreatitning halokatli shakllarining barqaror o'sishi kuzatildi va shunga mos ravishda oshqozon osti bezi kistalari soni ortdi. 18-68% gacha bo'lgan oshqozon osti bezi kistalari turli xil asoratlarni keltirib chiqaradi (yiringlash, teshilish, qon ketish, ichki va tashqi oqmalar, malign o'smalar), bu o'limning yuqori darajasini belgilaydi - 9,2-53%. Jarrohlik aralashuvining tabiati va ko'lami etiologiyaga, kist va kanal tizimi o'rtasidagi aloqaning mavjudligi yoki yo'qligi va asoratlarning mavjudligiga bog'liq.
