A Utilização de drones aplicados à Engenharia Civil: um estudo de caso na inspeção de telhados industriais

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta a metodologia adotada para utilização do drone como ferramenta de inspeção de telhado industrial. Atualmente, a indústria 4.0 vem revolucionando o mercado, sendo necessário que os engenheiros se utilizem das novas tecnologias para otimização de tempo e prevenção de riscos das avaliações das estruturas. A partir de estudos sobre normas e aplicações de drones na engenharia civil, foi definido o local da inspeção (indústria da região centro sul fluminense) e organizado o planejamento para o desenvolvimento do trabalho de inspeção de telhado com drones da indústria selecionada. Verificou-se que, diante da vistoria completa da cobertura, existem áreas que precisam de manutenção, e com as imagens aéreas, elencou-se os pontos de oxidação, telhas soltas, desalinhamento da cumeeira, acúmulo de resíduos, patologias prejudiciais para padrões estabelecidos em relação à vida útil do projeto
