Estrategias de marketing para mejorar el embudo de conversión de ventas: una revisión sistemática

Abstract

En el contexto del marketing digital, el embudo de conversión de ventas ha adquirido una importancia significativa debido a la expansión de canales digitales, lo que ha ampliado su alcance en el proceso de conversión del cliente, guiándolo desde el estado de prospecto hasta el de cliente. Sin embargo, se presenta un desafío clave: cómo integrar efectivamente el embudo de ventas en las estrategias de marketing digital para lograr una conversión exitosa. El objetivo es explorar cómo el embudo de conversión de ventas se adapta al entorno cambiante del marketing digital para lograr un alcance y efectividad óptimos en el proceso de ventas. La metodología utilizada se basó en una revisión sistemática y rigurosa de la literatura, con la aplicación de la codificación PRISMA para asegurar la selección precisa de documentos pertinentes y relevantes. Para lograr el objetivo, se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de un amplio conjunto de documentos, abarcando un total de 10085 fuentes de los que se seleccionaron 35 documentos que se consideraron relevantes para el análisis. Estos documentos fueron sometidos a un escrutinio para examinar cómo se aplica el embudo de ventas en el marketing digital y cómo influye en la percepción del público objetivo y en la optimización de las herramientas analíticas. En conclusión, se destaca la importancia de adaptar las herramientas en respuesta a los cambios del marketing digital para lograr un alcance y efectividad óptimos en el proceso de ventas y la necesidad de emplear técnicas efectivas que capturen la atención del cliente.
