Presence of Melanoides tuberculatus (Müler, 1774) (Gastropoda: Thiaridae) in l’Aldea (el Baix Ebre, Catalonia, Spain). The first citation of Melanoides tuberculatus for the Catalan malacofauna is reported, after its find in the town of l’Aldea (el Baix Ebre) in December 2009. This taxon is added to other invasive species of fresh water mollusks that have recently colonized the area of the Ebro Delta, even though it cannot be considered yet that M. tuberculatus is naturalized in this area.
