This data catalogue describes the key metadata for all the CLUSTER datasets. For all datasets, the number of patients, treatment and timepoints available are described, In addition, for GWAS and omics datasets, tissue type, cell population, analysis platform and number of samples are provided. We are open to collaborating and sharing data with researchers who have research questions that may be answered by our data. Access to CLUSTER data is regulated according to the conditions of patient consent, study ethics and the CLUSTER Consortium’s policies.
