DESAFIOS E PERSPECTIVAS NA BUSCA PELO PROTAGONISMO SOCIAL NO SUS

Abstract

RESUMO A saúde tornou-se um direito de todos e um dever do estado brasileiro a partir da constituição cidadã de 1988 e da lei orgânica da saúde que estabelecem princípios e diretrizes para o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), dentre os quais o controle social. Objetivou-se analisar na literatura científica os principais desafios para o real protagonismo social no SUS. Assim, realizou-se um estudo de revisão integrativa de literatura com abordagem qualitativa. Desenvolveu-se nas bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scopus e PubMed, utilizando-se como critérios de inclusão: artigos originais (provenientes de estudos primários) publicados entre 2011 e 2021 em português, inglês ou espanhol, disponíveis em suporte eletrônico on-line e que respondessem à questão de revisão. Foram analisados 12 artigos. Pode-se inferir que os principais desafios para a participação social no SUS são a falta de informação, o processo de letramento, a acessibilidade e rejeição em atuar por parte da comunidade. Notadamente, tais processos dificultadores causam fragmentação do protagonismo social, além de distanciarem a população do seu direito democrático.
