МЕХАНИЗМ ВНУТРИОРГАНИЗАЦИОННОГО ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ПАРЛАМЕНТА

Abstract

Настоящая статья позволяет обратить внимание на внутреннюю сторону организации деятельности парламента, «увидеть» скрытые при обозрении законодательного процесса стороны обеспечения его функционирования. Дается определение аппарату парламента, описываются наиболее общие организационные формы внутренних подразделений, с помощью которых осуществляется организационно-информационное и материально-техническое обеспечение деятельности парламентариев. Вкратце приводится развитие данного института в условиях Узбекистана.
