Abstract

Ce présent article vise à analyser les déterminants sociaux qui empêchent les jeunes ivoiriens diplômés en situation de mobilité de trouver des emplois pleins, stables, décents et productifs dans la métropole Abidjanaise. Pour y parvenir un échantillon de 425 personnes ont été enquêtées. L’axe méthodologique qui a guidé le recueil des données et la rédaction de cette étude s’appuie sur La Théorie économique néoclassique (Benicourt. E ; et All ; 2008) et l’individualisme méthodologique (Massimo. B ; 2020); y compris l’approche mixte centrée respectivement sur un questionnaire et des entretiens directifs et semi-directifs. L’analyse des données de l’enquête révèle que : le manque d’expérience professionnelle et la faiblesse du capital humain sont les freins à l’insertion socioprofessionnelle des jeunes migrants ruraux vers la capitale économique de la Côte d’Ivoire (Abidjan). Enfin les inconvénients du chômage des jeunes diplômés en situation de mobilité sont : les difficultés d’accès aux soins de santé, à l’éducation, à l’eau potable, à un meilleur assainissement ; et autres effets collatéraux tels que : La prostitution et le grand banditisme.
