Abstract

O‘zbekistonda keyingi yillarda amalga oshirilayotgan ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy islohotlar sharoitida mintaqaviy iqtisodiy siyosatni takomillashtirish hamda hududlarning boy iqtisodiy salohiyatidan samarali va oqilona foydalanish masalalari muhim o‘rin tutadi. Bu borada “Viloyat, tuman va shaharlarni kompleks va mutanosib ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlantirish, ularning mavjud salohiyatidan samarali va optimal foydalanish” yo‘nalishlari belgilab berildi . Zero, hudud iqtisodiyotini modernizatsiya va diversifikatsiya qilish, uning tabiiy, mineral-xomashyo, sanoat, qishloq xo‘jaligi va mehnat salohiyatidan kompleks hamda samarali foydalanish natijasida xalqning turmush darajasi va daromadlarini oshirish mumkin.
