Abstract

Tanpa adanya SINKRONISASI antar unit dalam sebuah Perguruan Tinggi, mustahil pangkat dan jabatan dosen dapat dikelola dengan baik. Hindari DISKRIMINASI dlm pengurusan nasib jabatan dan pangkat dosen. Pengelolaan administrasi kepegawaian para dosen secara jujur, transparan, berkeadilan dan proseional adl wujud institusi yg kredibel
