SpecHLA is a software package for full-resolution HLA typing. It is designed to reconstruct entire diploid sequences of HLA genes and can infer loss of heterozygosity (LOH) events. SpecHLA supports various sequencing data protocols, including paired-end reads, 10x linked-reads, Hi-C, PacBio, and ONT (Oxford Nanopore Technologies). It offers the flexibility to incorporate pedigree information and genotype frequency to enhance the accuracy of HLA typing.
