This document represents the report on the PERSIST Validation Study. It describes the results of the clinical study conducted and to analyse the impact of PERSIST in clinical settings. The study involved training patients and clinical personnel, collecting patient medical history data, and asking patients to complete questionnaires. In addition, individual consultations and co-creation workshops were conducted with clinicians across all four hospitals to obtain feedback on the PERSIST system, mClinician app, and web solutions to assess their potential. The report provides an overview of the results obtained from patients during the entire study, as well as the feedback received from clinicians through individual consultations, workshops, and questionnaires. The report evaluates the current readiness of the application and makes future recommendations for potential improvements and its use in other sectors.
