Exploring Tensor Products

Slides for a 1h talk presented at Stellenbosch University Mathematics Society (SUMS) in 2021. The entire talk was recorded, and is available for viewing on YouTube at https://youtu.be/83K3smK2SzQ. The talk is aimed at undergraduate level, and introduces the concept of tensors through a number of increasingly-abstract definitions for the tensor product space. Omitted is a discussion of tensor algebras, due to time limitations. The content is purely expository, and does not constitute research.
