Da qualche anno mi interrogo sulle modalità con cui i bambini e bambine incontrano i libri e la letteratura a loro destinata. Viaggiando per l’Italia, visitando scuole, biblioteche e librerie, confrontandomi con docenti e operatori del settore ma soprattutto conversando con lettrici e lettori, ho accumulato molti dubbi e qualche certezza. Qui vorrei soffermarmi sulla lettura a scuola partendo da lontano, dall’altro versante, quello di chi scrive questi libri o si accinge a farlo.
