This software package implements a means of 3D magnetic field and current density reconstruction from multipoint measurements in Python. In its core it represents the method, first presented by Denton et al. (2020) (https://doi.org/10.1029/2019JA027481). For the software to work as intended, it comes with additional implementations of various other functions, procedures, algorithms or methods, which can be found in prec_utilities.py. A minimum working example with the file name how_to_run_it.py is provided with the software that shows reconstruction results of the example event, also shown in Denton et al. (2020).
