Pengaruh Kedisiplinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Cobra Dental Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja (X1), Motivasi kerja (X2), dan beban kerja (X3) merupakan variabel independen dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Cobra Dental Indonesia yang berjumlah 81 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F dan uji R2. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama (H1) menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis kedua (H2) menunjukan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis ketiga (H3) menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis keempat (H4) Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
