Abstract

Der gesellschaftliche Wandel verändert die individuellen Bedürfnisse und generiert neue soziale Herausforderungen, die nach flexiblen und unkonventionellen soziokulturellen Angeboten und Lösungen verlangen. Die Soziokulturelle Animation, die direkt am Puls der Gesellschaft tätig ist, muss sich mit diesen Veränderungen mitentwickeln und neue Wege finden, diesem Wandel zu begegnen und ihn aktiv mitzugestalten. Wenn dazu, wie es in der Soziokultur oft der Fall ist, wenige Ressourcen vorhanden sind, werden die Animatorinnen und Animatoren zu «Bastelnden», die mit viel Kreativität und Improvisationstalent aus dem Vorhandenen ein innovatives Projekt entwickeln müssen. Die Autorinnen dieser Arbeit beschäftigen sich mit dem Begriff Innovation und dessen Bedeutung für die Soziokulturelle Animation. Sie wagen den Blick über den Gartenzaun, um bei anderen Disziplinen nach Haltungen und Methoden zu suchen, welche die benötigte Kreativitäts- und Innovationskraft steigern können. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse aus der Kunst, der Kreativitätsforschung und dem Innovationsmanagement der Wirtschaft werden mit dem Projektmanagement der Soziokulturellen Animation verknüpft und zeigen auf, dass die Soziokulturelle Animation durch ihre strukturellen Rahmenbedingungen in ihrem Kreativitäts- und Innovationspotenzial gebremst wird. Um gesellschaftliche Veränderungen innovativ mitzugestalten, braucht die Soziokulturelle Animation eine gesellschaftliche Vision, Mut sowie die Konsequenz, vorhandene Rahmenbedingungen zu ändern und sich pro-aktiv in das Geschehen einzumischen.
