Technology has been a driving force behind the rapid advancement of digital transformation.Technology had played a crucial role in shaping the digital landscape,from communicating and collaborating to conducting business and managing data.Digital transformation is the process of adopting next generation technologies, bringing cultural changes to improve the current state of an organization. New technologies lead to process improvements which leads to better products and services.Even though technology has evolved, improved and helped business in different way, it had certain challenges in the way of its effective implementation. This paper discusses both the opportunities and challenges in technology adoption.
