Abstract

İnsanoğlunun göçebe hayattan yerleşik hayata geçmesiyle birlikte buğday üretilmeye başlanmıştır. Yetişitirilmesinin kolay ve diğer gıdalara gore kısmen daha uygun fiyatlı olması buğdayın birçok toplumun beslenmesinde önemli kılmıştır (Hayıt ve Gül, 2017).
